We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated **People & Culture Coordinator** to join our team and support our growing business. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne’s Southeast, with responsibility for managing HR functions across multiple Automotive dealerships.

**About the Role**:
As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be entrusted with managing the HR needs of a dealership portfolio. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, playing a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with our management team, you will also provide strategic HR guidance to support our business objectives.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in investigations and advising on performance management practices, industrial and employee relations matters
- Skills and knowledge to support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to develop rapport and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to interpret awards and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation
- Have a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
