Due to ongoing growth, mecwacare is seeking an experienced Retirement Living Manager to join our team and coordinate operations at our newly acquired retirement living site, Berwick Brae Gardens. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for residents ensuring quality customer service delivery that is focused and provided in a safe and harmonious environment in accordance with mecwacare’s values and best practice.

**To be successful, applicants must have**:

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship building skills to quickly engage residents to feel orientated and at home and ensure all residents make the most of the retirement living experience.
- Experience in organizing activities within a retirement living environment.
- Ability to actively engage and be instrumental in providing exceptional service.
- Experience in a retirement housing setting.
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks.
- Ability to operate autonomously and respond in a timely and systematic fashion.
- Drivers licence.

**Desirable**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications within a business or management field.
- Understanding of financial accounting associated with Retirement Living.
