**YOUR ROLE**

Become an important member of our team and assist business leaders to make effective decisions by providing insightful analytics and support in this customer-focused role. Develop and maintain commercial models that allow the business to determine profitability and identify trends and opportunities.

You will be familiar with the preparation of weekly/monthly sales and margin reports, compiling annual budgets, provision of information for half-yearly and annual audits, and assisting in annual strategic planning initiatives. Your understanding of Supplier and Customer rebates will see you leading this function. You will be invited to use information from these reports to make suggestions as to the progression of the company.

You’re an absolute natural when it comes to developing strong relationships and providing exceptional service to internal & external stakeholders, as well as knowing how to navigate and resolve issues. Connecting with colleagues, suppliers and customers is also a strong point for you, as you’ll be required to keep key stakeholders updated with regular feedback. Changing the status quo is in our blood, so we’re looking for someone to champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and recommending positive changes to existing processes.

We’re looking for someone who already has substantial experience within FMCG (or similar environment), which gave you the platform to hone your skills in organisation and time management, verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

- CA or CPA qualified / Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role
- Excel skills - Advanced
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

It would be ideal if you also had:

- Experience or understanding of customer/supplier rebates
- General exposure to computerised accounting systems in medium to large commercial organisations
