**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Commercial Analyst **to join our high performing team based in **Macquarie Park NSW **to provide an exceptional level of service.

The focus of the Commercial Analyst is to assist the Commercial Implementation Manager and other members of the Blackwoods LINK Team to interrogate, analyse and present data to assist the functions in achieving their corporate plan targets, and communicate project information to the relevant parties.

The Commercial Analyst will have strong analytical, numerical and strategic skills, be an effective verbal and written communicator, and be highly driven to succeed.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Support functions in understanding how they utilise data to enhance commercial outcomes
- Develop effective reporting and tools through PowerBI and DAX to draw key insights
- Building financial and operational models to support decision-making, including project valuation (NPV, IRR and ROC)
- Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders quickly
- Developing and leading governance structures across time zones, businesses and seniority
- Influence Customers and Blackwoods to make commercial decisions through clear communication and option analysis
- Provide commercial leadership across Blackwoods through formal and informal guidance and training
- Research and clearly communicate best practice for implementing new process

To be successful, you will have:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience
- Financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement)
- Translating data and analysis into practical recommendations
- Financial analysis including company valuations
- Drafting papers and presentations
- Preparation of corporate planning materials
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- PowerBI and DAX experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confident negotiator, influencer and communicator
- Energetic and results oriented
- Team player and has the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
