**About the Opportunity**

IBA is on the lookout for a **Commercial Analyst** to provide strategic commercial and analytical support across the IBA business, focusing on financial modelling, performance tracking, and data-driven insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage trading terms, supplier contracts, and forecasting processes, helping drive informed decision-making and operational excellence. This is a **full-time, permanent role** based in our Macquarie Park office.

**In this Role**
- Partner with Commercial Managers to deliver financial modelling, performance tracking, and commercial insights across Retail, Merchandise, Marketing, and Digital.
- Ensure compliance and accurate management of trading term rebates and commercial items (e.g. BDF, Incentives, MIP).
- Maintain and integrate supplier contracts into systems like PowerApp and Salesforce for accurate rebate tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support reporting and business case development.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Support robust business case modelling, including ROI assessments and scenario analysis.
- Own the IBA customer rebate process, including monthly accrual reviews and maintenance of the rebate register.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- CPA or CA qualified highly regarded
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Previous experience in an FMCG, Retail or Supplier environment
- Advanced analytical skills and a passion for data integrity and governance
