**Description**:
About the Role

You will assist in the identification and development of learning & development related project deliverables including training material and facilitating training programs. You will effectively contribute in coordinating training and administration services to ensure ATSICHS employees have access to learning and development opportunities required to deliver a high standard of service. You will develop and facilitate training within the scope of practice.

Duties
- Managing and coordinating ATSICHS Brisbane Learning & Development Programs.
- Work collaboratively with the Learning & Development team to ensure the provision of effective L&D solutions across ATSICHS Brisbane.
- Carry out day-to-day learning and development advice to staff.
- Supporting in leading and managing major projects as determined by the Learning and Development Manager.
- Managing the development of coaching and mentoring schemes that support Organisational Development initiatives in line with the Values and Skills Framework.
- Cultivating productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID-19 requirements
- Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid 19 vaccine.

Required

Cert IV or greater in Training & Assessing, Business or another related field.
Minimum one (1) years’ experience in similar role (L&D experience preferred, not necessary).
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Disability worker's screening card (yellow card) or be eligible to apply.
National Police Check.

Desirable, but not mandatory

Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
