Our opportunity

The Business Excellence and Revenue Manager plays a critical role in the development, rollout, and analysis of the financial, commercial, and analytical functions of our business, from supporting our Centre understand their key performance indicators, to establishing business critical targets, to managing and analysing trends and reporting these back to the CEO and Board to help guide the business toward achieving its financial and commercial goals.

About you

Experience: Minimum 5 years' proven experience leading commercial and revenue functions to deliver exceptional results.

Skills: Leveraging your experience (preferably in a similar environment), you enjoy the challenge of analysing and understanding a business to maximise its performance. You use your skills and experience to find creative yet robust solutions to give your business the advantage over the competition. You thrive is a role that gives you the autonomy to make real decisions, and own your work from end to end and be accountable for the results you deliver.

Your role as the Business Excellence and Revenue Manager

  • Prepare, analyse, and present financial and business performance reports
  • Prepare, maintain and communicate revenue and cashflow forecasts
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analytics
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue streams
  • Manage supplier relationships to optimise commercial outcomes
  • Create operating budgets and monitor compliance
  • Support enrolment growth through pathway and occupancy analysis
  • Lead grant and funding applications, compliance, and reporting
  • Build business cases for new initiatives and service offerings
  • Promote continuous improvement and business excellence
  • Work closely with Centre /Area Managers on improving all key KPI's
  • Develop commercial management skills in front line managers
  • Liaise with auditors, finance partners, and government agencies
