About the role
As we continue to expand our foot print on the Central Coast, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager with a solid customer service background to oversee all aspects of an investment portfolio and foster long-term client relationships. You will be supported by our Head of Property Management, Property Managers, and Leasing teams.
This full-time role, from Monday to Friday, is best suited for someone with experience in Property Management. Our systems and processes enable efficient portfolio management, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Skills and experience
Experience and Skills Required:
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration (must be willing to obtain and work toward a real estate license)
 - Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
 - Sound knowledge of the current relevant legislation
 - Excellent communication and presentation abilities
 - Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal clients
 - High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
 - A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
