• Manage a portfolio of clients suited to your skills, experience and interests.
• Monitor your clients' compliance and deliverables, ensuring communication is at the forefront and all deadlines are met.
• Conduct powerful advisory meetings, provide transformational strategies and help clients build and transform their businesses.
• Provide strategic structuring advice tailored to the individual circumstances, balancing tax minimisation and wealth creation.
• Coordinate work and assist with the training of new and junior team members.
• Meet and liaise with our valued strategic partners regarding mutual clients to negotiate important deals and ensure the best financial outcomes.
• Contribute to the team environment, including building a positive, solution-focused and continuous improvement environment.

• Minimum 2 years' accounting experience in public practice (required)
• A degree in Accounting (required)
• Full working rights in Australia (required)
• CA or CPA qualification (or interested in working towards completion)
• Knowledge of property development, investment structures, or SMSF regulations (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management or advisory services
• A genuine passion for building client relationships
• Big-picture thinking, but with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply
• Self-driven, organised, and solutions-focused
• Tech-savvy—proficient in Xero, Excel, MS365
