**About the role**:
Newly created Foodservice Account Manager role managing a portfolio of customers and new prospects in NSW and VIC across Distributors, HORECA and End Users. Accountable for delivering profitable sales growth and volume targets across the categories.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Key point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Deliver category sales budget and internal KPI’s.
- Develop new business within the existing customer network.
- Develop sales by identifying growth markets, making an initial presentation, and explaining the product offering to existing and potential customers.
- Undertake regular travel completing customer meetings to manage accounts.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales, Marketing, and Innovation Teams to identify growth opportunities within the categories.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Preferably Tertiary qualifications and/or 5 years’ experience in the management of Foodservice/Retail Customers
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, accurate and precise with demonstrable attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and impeccable relationship management style.
- Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Understand how to use data to drive positive revenue and margin outcomes.
- Close collaboration and partnering with Sales, Finance & Production to deliver NPD will be key to this role.
- Passionate about food.
