**About the role**

The New Product Development (NPD) Projects Coordinator will coordinate and support new products from kick off through to launch with our internal cross functional teams.

The primary focus of the position is to support the delivery of Domestic/Export/Wholesale Wine NPD and Product Maintenance through our gate process, coordinating the delivery total of circa 300 new lines & product changes throughout a calendar year across multiple categories. A key part of this role is managing projects through our newly implemented project workflow system (Workfront) with teams, insuring new projects are set up correctly from day 1 and are following an agreed way of working. This position is also a key support for the NPD Projects & Packaging Manager in the implementation of own brand NPD projects - Domestic Wine and will have occasional project management ownership of NPD for own brand Domestic wine products.
- Provide wine projects administration and timeline management support to export, wholesale & product change initiatives
- Supports the creation of new SKUs for export & wholesale with our production sites, wineries, finance & design teams by providing project scope, product & packaging information
- Leads the end to end project coordination of changes to existing products - this includes vintage change overs or minor changes to products to allow export

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you'll have the following skills:

- Sound understanding of manufacturing, supply chain & product development practices.
- Experience with project management systems / workflow driven software.
- Good packaging experience & knowledge of the drinks Industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Extremely well organised with the ability to balance multiple conflicting deadlines and dependencies.
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in business or science, or some accreditation in project management would be highly regarded (but is not a minimum requirement).
