**What you’ll do**
- **Manage the service communications schedule to subscription customers**:

- **Brief creative teams, proof reading of communications and making recommendations / adjustments**:

- **Executing campaigns for subscription customers to drive engagement, revenue and retention**:

- **Process management of communications pieces from brief to delivery to customer**:

- **Contributing fresh ideas to enhance customer experience**:

- **Reporting, analysis and troubleshooting to continuously improve**:

- **Managing timeline on multiple projects / campaigns**:

- **Supporting improvements to the customer journey including but not limited to product, team training and improving the service to our customers**:

- **Organise, assess and manage market research and report on findings**:

- **Being a key touch point for stores on Subscription and working with key stakeholders to organise in-store activations**:

- **General administrative tasks**

**Your background**:
To be successful in this role, you will be ambitious, forward thinking and confident with stakeholder management. Ideally you will demonstrate experience in the following key areas:

- **1 - 2 years experience in a professional Marketing role**:

- **Ability to manage conflicting priorities**:

- **Crave to give the customer the “surprise and delight” that Dans famous for**:

- **Excel knowledge is a requirement**:

- **Ability to manage workload and work within deadlines**:

- **Are comfortable using multiple digital platforms eg. google workspace, adobe analytics etc**:

- **Understand marketing fundamentals through experience or qualifications**:

- **Are a team player who is keen to learn, grow and work collaboratively**:

- **Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail**:

- **Show initiative and decision making skills**
