**Job Description**:
An exciting new opportunity is available for a passionate and capable Product Owner to join the Buy tribe of carsales. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision to the Squad. This role works within a Squad to help all members understand and execute the product vision.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager - Consumer Product, you will work towards delivering the product vision, through continuous improvement of existing products and the development of new products, which meet the defined business objectives - while never compromising on the user experience. Furthermore, you will work with other Product Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver the product roadmap.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead our optimisation work stream and leverage our A/B testing framework to help validate and implement optimisations.
- Be a consumer evangelist. Quickly establish a detailed understanding of the carsales consumer, consumer marketplaces, the industry and digital retailing.
- Build alignment with dependent products and stakeholders.
- Run the delivery of the product and squads. This includes sprint, delivery and capacity planning.
- Work collaboratively within the delivery team and with stakeholders to deliver on the product vision.
- Develop solid working relationship with any 3rd party-services and partners involved in achieving your products success.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Exposure to working within a lean product team in a digital environment.
- Experience in complete product discovery and delivery practises.
- Experience in researching and establishing true consumer/ market problems and defining the ‘why’.
- An ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, whilst still paying attention to the tiniest of details.
- Customer centric and commercial mindset. You are an advocate for users but can balance this out with business targets and objectives.
- An influencer who can build strong and productive relationships across all levels of the business.
