We’re looking for a Product Owner to join CRG. In this role, you will be shaping and executing the strategic vision for product experimentation, optimisation, and development. You will manage the entire product lifecycle within the customer journey, from concept to post-launch optimization, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver exceptional product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the user experience.

**_ Key Accountabilities_**
- Lead the optimisation of the checkout process to reduce friction and improve conversion rates, especially on mobile devices.
- Ensure multiple, secure, and customer-preferred payment options, collaborating with payment providers.
- Drive post-purchase experience improvements, including order confirmation, delivery tracking, and communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct CRO and A/B testing to refine the checkout experience, focusing on speed, ease, and security.
- Lead strategic product development and experimentation initiatives, ensuring that innovation and continuous testing are central to the roadmap and prioritised based on business needs, market opportunities, and customer insights.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to delivery and post-launch optimisation, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business KPIs.
- Lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) efforts across digital products, continuously experimenting with new features, designs, and user flows to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Bachelors degree in relevant fields including Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Product Management, and Engineering
- Digital Product certifications including Product Owner, Product Manager, and Scrum Master
- Experimentation certifications including CRO, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
- UX/UI Design knowledge or certifications
- Experience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, user experience design, and digital marketing strategies
- Extensive experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experimentation, and A/B and multivariate testing
- Proven success in leading complex digital products from concept through to launch, including post-launch continuous optimisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Strong proficiency in CRO and experimentation tools such as Optimizely, VWO, and Google Optimize, including a deep understanding of A/B testing, MVT (multivariate testing), and funnel optimisation techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of web and mobile development processes, including UX/UI design principles, performance optimisation, and technical oversight of development teams.
