As a **Product Owner - **Colleague Experience (Contact Centres)**, you will
- Lead the evolution of tools, systems, and processes that enhance colleague experiences in our contact centres
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to drive automation, efficiency, improve workflows, and create a seamless experience for our team
- Translate the Colleague experience strategy and vision into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that deliver to the Domain objectives.
- Own, design and deliver functionality that uplifts how NAB services customers end-to-end interactions into our Contact Centres.
- Work with new technologies, including Gen AI and Machine Learning, to automate and redefine or uplift the banker platforms.
- Drive innovative and intuitive experiences, by partnering with service teams and domains to enable technology to deliver enhanced tools, dashboards, processes and workflow.
- Partner within cross functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritised backlog of initiatives - defining initiatives, features and user stories.
- Build trusted and influential relationships with episode domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise to deliver.
- Drive the formation of delivery, design and change squads, in collaboration with delivery and support teams

**What you'll bring**
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role, across digital or contact centre products and processes
- Proven experience in delivering consistent results in a large complex business; and experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience with, or exposure to, Generative AI or other machine learning or automation technologies is a plus.
- Creativity and expertise in simplifying processes and issues, problem solving and analysis, including a passion for improving colleague experiences
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams, helping shape backlog of key features, user stories and goals for squads
