**Product Owner**

Corptec Technology Partners is an international player in the areas of business transformation and organisational performance. Our diversified client portfolio includes Australia’s best and brightest in FinTech, Retail, Telco and Government organisations.

We are hiring an experienced
**Product Owner/ Technical PM** to work on technology integration and transformation projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with design and technology to manage new features from ideation through production release in Agile development.

**The role is a 6-month contract with possible extension, based in Melbourne**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather business requirements/stories for development by establishing open lines of communication with clients
- Participate in design processes to uncover the needs and motivations of our customers
- Develop product strategy and direction by working with the managers, customers & other stakeholders
- Owning the entire product development lifecycle: from discovery to execution and ultimately the measurement of success
- Creating and managing performance reporting for each product and identifying areas of improvement and championing the change to implementation
- Managing a cross-functional team of developers and QA, ensuring successful delivery of product

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner or Technical PM
- Experience facilitating and making sound strategic decisions to drive prioritisation of a product backlog
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable in negotiation, and can interact professionally with a wide and varied audience
