We are currently seeking an experienced **Facilities Coordinator**to join our HBS team.

This position is based out of site at the VCCC (Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre).

This is a maternity leave cover for 12-14 months with potential to go full time.

Reporting to the **Facility Director**you will be responsible for providing support to the Engineering Services Manager, Client Services Manager and Performance and Compliance Leader to ensure the delivery of Services at the VCCC meet contractual obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with customers and ensure the highest levels of customer service are met
- Contractual compliance
- Management of timelines required for administrative activity i.e. production of reports
- Analysis of reports, providing relevant information to the Honeywell VCCC Management Team
- Conducting inductions
- Review and authorise low and medium risk JSAs and permitsTrack Preventative and Corrective Maintenance costs and provide reports to HWL VCCC Management Team

**Key Experience & Capabilities**:

- General building maintenance and trade knowledge
- Facility Management experience (essential) and high-profile buildings (preferred)
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
- Sub-contractor managementFinancial reporting for maintenance and projects
