**Clinical Care Manager** to lead and coordinate the clinical and supportive care staff.

Demonstrating your knowledge and expertise, you will manage the day to day clinical performance of the facility as their senior clinician, ensuring all residents are cared for attentively.

**The Role**
- Work closely with the facility manager in developing and managing the overall facilities performance
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Lead and coordinate a large team of EN's, RN's, AIN's, carers and support staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
