About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Coordinator to join our team to support and facilitate the effective operation of a project portfolio budget that exceeds $10 million annually. You will work closely with the Academic Technology management team to provide planning, management, reporting, and governance support to the project portfolio. This role also involves people management and recruitment responsibilities as a member of the leadership team for the Student and Learning Domain. As an integral part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects within a culturally rich environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Responsible for financial and portfolio review reporting including cashflow reporting, reporting for portfolio Board, governance groups and senior management.
Perform portfolio board and project steering group secretariat duties, including communications and engagement with executive level stakeholders.
Responsible for management and monitoring of all commercial agreements and portfolio assets.
Identify, consult on, and implement process improvements to portfolio operating model.
Manage small projects as part of the portfolio, either customer facing or internal process improvement projects

A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.

Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, tracking and administration of project budgets, and forecasts.
Experience with HR processes, resource and logístical administration including induction, onboarding, offboarding.
