The role will focus on the recruitment and on-boarding of all new staff from a variety of roles that include but are not limited to, Security Officers, Event Staff, Traffic Controllers and Head Office positions.

This role will suit someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in Recruitment Projects where you will proactively be communicating with our stakeholders and attend sites to understand the business/recruitment needs and provide the necessary support needed.
- This role is based in our Redfern Head Office; a convenient location and short walk from public transport._

**The Role**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding of new employees
- Conduct reference checks
- Create and maintain employee profiles
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

**To be Successful**:

- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced 360 recruitment role, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and on-boarding
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written) excellent phone manner a must
- Process driven, is quick at learning and following company processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain both internal and external relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities and meet expected deadlines
