Are you ready to join an industry-leading blue collar organisation and be part of an incredible team? Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a HR Coordinator.
**The Role**:
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the HR team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Coordinating medical examinations and induction packs for new employees.
- Issuing contracts and managing new hire paperwork.
- Collaborating with the HR Ops Manager to enhance processes and policies.
- Handling terminations and managing paperwork for pay raises, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Booking and organising employee site training, fostering a culture of continuous development.
- Supporting the team on various projects.
- Running reports on absenteeism and turnover using Excel.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager, benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong knowledge of EBA agreements and awards in blue-collar environments.
- Experience in a blue-collar workforce.
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages and comfortable adapting to various software systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative while also being a team player.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A passion for HR administration and a desire to grow into a more strategic HR role in the future.
