Seeking a HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Projects or HRIS background
- 3 month contract with high possibility of extension or being made permanent
- Salary circa $80,000 + Super - Altona North Location

We're partnering with a global business that is one of the automotive market leaders in the industry. The business is experiencing positive growth and as such, are truly investing in their people function. The HR team is seeking additional support as they have an ambitious agenda of HR Projects and initiatives, including the implementation of a new HRIS.

You will have the opportunity to work from home the majority of the time, joining the HR team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for team meetings and collaboration.

Reporting into the People Solutions Operations Manager and working closely with the HRBPs, some of your responsibilities will include;
- HR Projects; optimising the current HRIS, streamlining processes, automating processes, process mapping and recommending general process improvements.
- Revamping the onboarding process to reflect best practice.
- Automating reporting, creating dashboards (with assistance from IT) and pulling metrics from the systems.
- HR administration and coordination of contracts, onboarding, inductions, letters, variations, and changes to employment.
- Assisting with any overflow of recruitment if desired.

You will have the opportunity to take global content and initiatives and work closely with the HRBPs to localise and implement within Australia. This is a great opportunity to join a global business and gain exposure to a broad scope of HR initiatives.

To be considered for this opportunity we ask you to have;
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- We would be open to a HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Projects or HRIS background.
