We have been engaged by an established client of ours to source 2 x SuccessFactors ECP Functional Consultants to join an project team - the roles can be based out of Sydney or Brisbane - Immediate starts available

These are hybrid opportunities with some time being spent in offices (Syd/Bris) - MUST be comfortable and experienced in Functional Support and working on Consulting engagements.

**Experience Required**:

- Ability to support large-scale SAP SuccessFactors installations with complex interfaces to external and cloud interfaces
- Previous ECP Functional Support experience
- Previous Client facing engagement experience
- Outstanding consulting skills with the ability to lead workshops (beneficial)
- Previous experience across a range of modules with particular focus on **_SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)_**:

- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in SF work process and innovative approaches
- Conduct relevant SAP SF research, data analysis, and create reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
