We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a customer focused individual to join the team in the office-based role of Sales Consultant. Located at our North Gold Coast branch in Stapylton, you will be joining a trusted team known for delivering service excellence with a focus on providing innovative solutions for a sustainable future.

In this role you will be an integral member of the national sales team. You will provide new and existing customers with solutions to their requirements, demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers. If providing excellent customer service, developing and maintaining customer relationships, working with a dedicated and friendly team, and reaping the rewards are high on your list, then this role has your name on it.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Take incoming sales related enquiries for new and existing customers
- Create and follow up sales leads to their successful conclusion
- Provide customers with an efficient service and solution
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Work closely with local and national team members

**We are looking for**:

- A great communicator - you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passionate individual focused on providing an exceptional customer experience
- Previous experience in a sales role: call centre or face to face
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced computer skills and experience with a CRM
- An enthusiastic, independent person who loves building customer relationships
