**Freight Consultants - Telecommute Flexibility**

Depth Logistics is seeking Freight Consultants to join our team to quote clients primarily on import and export sea freight cargo and customs clearance.

We have full time and casual roles available. All positions have a profit sharing programme on all enquiries that you can convert into business from prospective new clients.

Experience in and the ability to also quote airfreight, RoRo and Break Bulk cargo is desirable but not essential.

Essential Job Functions:

- Sourcing rates from carriers and contractors
- Prompt, persuasive quotation preparation and follow up
- Once the booking is secured you must provide a smooth and supportive handover to our freight operations team to execute the shipment

The successful applicants will be prompt and competitively tenacious in responding to RFQs and be persuasive in earning the clients trust and therefore bookings and business.

Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or an Australian Defence Force background would be an advantage.

You will report to the company executive team and preferably be able to commence employment with us promptly.

The base salary will be commensurate with experience and apart from the additional profit share programme, there is a performance linked bonus available for all team members.
