Be a part of this young dynamic small team of Administration Assistants. Your day will be filled with a variety of duties and plenty of interaction with clients and management.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist management team
- Provide exceptional admin support to managers and clients
- Document preparation
- Diary management
- Day to day office functions
- Answering phones
- Customer service
- Reporting
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced
- Financial/Legal experience highly regarded
- Accounting package experience, highly regarded
- Can do attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- High attention to detail
**SALARY**:$65-70K + Super
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
