**The Role**
Immediate Start - Temporary to Permanent Vacancy

With a fun, fast, and furious-paced atmosphere, coupled with an ever-changing environment, you will enjoy the ability to multitask and assist customers as they come to the office (site-based) to pick up their newly purchased via an online auction - Vehicle

Enjoy the excitement, and buzz, and assist customers with their queries and questions, before and after collection.

Daily duties will include,
- Counter service, and over-the-phone customer care
- Distribution and handing over, new purchases, and relevant paperwork
- Database management entry and editing
- Handling queries, disputes, and escalation of queries where relevant
- Monthly and weekly reporting
- Actioning incoming mail
- Receiving papers for new imports
- Extensive communication with the general public and internal stakeholders

**Essential**
- Available to start immediately
- A can-do attitude
- Experience in an administration, reception, or customer service role
- Able to smile in an ever-changing customer service environment
