based in caringbah, nsw, our facilities include in-house showrooms, fully functioning home theatres, and event spaces for dealers, designers, architects, and their clients.

**about you**:
we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, loves interacting with people, and has a knack for organization.

as our **office coordinator**, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. from welcoming visitors to coordinating events and supporting order fulfillment, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our business.

**key responsibilities**:

- **be the face of our business**: warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- **keep us connected**: answer calls and route inquiries swiftly, serving as the communication hub of the office.
- **support operations**: handle inventory, filing, mail, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- **deliver outstanding customer service**: resolve customer queries or escalate them for rapid resolution.
- **order processing**: process and track orders while liaising with sales and logistics for timely delivery.
- **coordinate events**: manage event logistics to ensure a seamless and brand-aligned experience for attendees.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
