We’re currently looking for a Full Time Permanent Roster Coordinator to join our team at Forest Hill. This is a hybrid role, and you must be available to work Monday to Friday. In this role you’ll be responsible for coordinating the deployment of staff resources across our East region and ensuring that resourcing meets client demand.

**‘A week in the life’**
- Administering all staff rosters to enable an effective balance between optimising staff efficiency and maximising staff satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with the Clinical Team Manager to ensure rosters reflect resource needs to help meet service delivery demands
- Ensuring the roster is completed and available to staff in a timely manner
- Coordinating both planned and unplanned leave of staffing resources
- Undertaking admin duties related to managing the roster, liaising with staff regarding changes and constantly reviewing the roster against set performance targets

**What do we need from you?**
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience gained in a similar role - highly advantageous
- Excellent computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a faced paced environment
- Police Check (Valid within the last 3 years)
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
