**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Rostering Expert to join our dynamic Community Services and Wellbeing Division. Working closely with Support Workers and Care Management Team to coordinate services for Home Care Package (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Privately funded consumers. Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to provide the highest quality care to people where and when they need it. This position is Monday to Friday, based at our Moubray Street Prahran office and working from home.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Coordinate staffing within consumer needs and preferences and organisational KPIs
- Daily contact with Support workers and consumers, providing prompt and positive customer service and direction
- Support Royal Freemasons strategic growth plan

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Rostering/scheduling experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Work independently and support the team
- Outstanding problem-solving ability with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Community Aged Care knowledge
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- MS Office competent

Desirable but not required:

- Second language
- Experience using Healthmetrics eCase PHC
- Experience working during system upgrades, providing end user feedback to the System Administrator
