We are seeking a Manager, Rostering & Scheduling to join the Operations Support team on a permanent full-time basis. The Manager, Rostering & Scheduling will lead, support, and manage the Resource Coordination team and oversee all rostering & scheduling for the Aged Community Care workforce in the state.

- **About you**:_
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading and managing a large rostering function
- A flexible approach, decision-making, negotiation, influencing, and advanced problem-solving skills to innovatively manage the Resource Coordination Team
- Demonstrated analytical skills to identify risk and make recommendations for change
- Demonstrated experience in managing physical and financial resources to manage and allocate resources
- Experience in the creation of governance frameworks within a rostering & scheduling environment
- Strong communications skills across all aspects
- Well-developed computer literacy skills, with a strength in roster systems
- Proven ability to gain and present meaningful insights from workforce analytics to inform workforce priorities
- A relevant tertiary or post graduate qualification would be highly advantageous
- Health and Community Care experience is desirable

- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Enhance and manage a responsive, cost-effective, and efficient rostering function for Aged Community Care to meet client demand, contractor/funder requirements, industrial compliance, and organisational expectation
- You will lead and support our large and very busy Resource Coordination team
- You will create, implement and manage an indicative workforce planning and governance frameworks
- Improve the employee and client experience by creating efficiencies within the systems and software tools
- Continually identify and implement improved operating procedures
- Assist with strategic decisions relating to workforce management, our adoption of technology solutions and the wider Operations strategy
- Identify, lead, co-ordinate and deliver rostering and scheduling change initiatives and, much more

**Salary**: $63.00 - $72.00 per hour
