**About the job**

Dashing is currently seeking an exceptional **Credit Control Officer,** looking for exposure to a dynamic Industry to join the finance team, reporting directly to the **Chief Financial Officer**. Dashing has a casual yet professional environment, with a strong culture evolving from Dashing's values.

You will be willing to put in the hard work achieving exceptional results, whilst also being able to maintain a happy work-life balance. You will be required to work from our office at least 3 days per week, at month end you may be required to be in the office more days.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years of hands-on accounts receivable preferred
- MYOB Advanced knowledge is preferable
- Energetic and positive personality
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Passionate for achieving exceptional results every time
- Demonstrate a behaviour of continuously looking for oppotunities to improve
- Exceptionally organised, capable of planning and problem solving
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Build strong relationships with Dashing clients to support the effective management of collecting payments on time
- When required creating and sending demand letters to clients with overdue accounts
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on outstanding payments
- Prepare and review statements for clients
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from the sales team
- Maintaining client records in MYOB
- Continuous improvement of business reporting and analysis
- Constantly seeking to improve business processes and efficiencies
- Work in collaboration with all teams at Dashing to support financial understanding

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
