The **Finance Analyst, FP&A Sales,** plays a vital role in establishing a strong control environment for all revenue and trade spend investments.

Known amongst SC Johnson colleagues as,_ _**_Senior Associate, FP&A Sales_**, you will be a key member of a supportive and inclusive team, eager to see you shine and succeed in your new role.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- ** Financial analysis** - providing commercial support to managers and influencing of key stakeholders to achieve financial targets
- Support **S&OP forecast** process by providing sales and profit variances analysis, key commercial and finance insights
- Act as Key business advisor and provide **support analysis to the sales team** including financial evaluation of business proposals and investments
- Support month end activities by reviewing **trade spend accruals** and preparing **account reconciliations**, providing detail **variance analysis and commentary** on financial results to key stakeholders in ANZ
- Manage the relationship with Shared Service center -** A/R team, Credit & Collections Analyst**, customer fulfillment & Sales team to ensure delivery of KPI for working capital; minimize Accounts Receivables and facilitate timely resolution of open deductions and outstanding invoices

**Required Skills / Experiences / Competencies**:

- 3-5 years in finance
- Sound experience managing Trade Spend credits and reconciliations
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, DSO management, account reconciliations
- Advanced commercial focus and financial acumen
- Drive for results
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- Self-starter and acts with integrity
- Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, BPC. **SAP and advanced MS Excel essential**
