Seeking an experienced Inventory Controller for a permanent role in Lane Cove. The client does offer flexibility to work from Eastern Creek if that location is preferred.

Reporting to the CFO, the Inventory Controller will manage inventory levels, analyse variances in stock across multiple stores and states. This role will also work collaboratively with Regional State Managers, Retail Managers, and Supply Chain and Warehouse Teams.

Duties within the role will include but not be limited to:

- Manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and that inventory levels are replenished in a timely manner.
- Conducts regular checks of inventory levels and reports findings to the State General Manager and CFO.
- Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet company goals.
- Creates, updates, and maintains property records.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld.
- General administration and reporting tasks as required
- Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are adhered to

Required skills:

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Advanced particularly excel.
- An understanding of stock, inventory and administrative processes and principles.
- Experience in SAP B1 is desirable.
- High attention to detail.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer service focused
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data effectively
