We are seeking to hire a motivated Order and Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our collaborative and innovative organization located at our **Sydney office**, Australia.

The Order and Accounts Receivable Administrator is principally responsible for supporting the order management and finance team with order review, order pack documentation, order tracking, invoicing, and customer communication, also with specific focus on customer accounts and receivable management.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

Order Administration
- Review of customer orders for completeness and compliance with company processing, fulfillment and revenue recognition requirements.
- Ensure order packages are complete and comply with Company policies and processes.
- Ensure all customer invoices and customs invoices comply with sales tax and importation requirements.
- Document business processes and work with the accounting team to maintain internal control documentation and assist in internal control testing in full compliance best practices and SOX.
- Scanning and electronic storage of relevant documents for future retrieval.

Accounts Receivable
- Manage accounts receivables, collections and customer information for multiple subsidiaries in multiple geographies.
- Maintaining customer accounts in ERP system.
- Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
- Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders and Posting receipts in a timely manner.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable and order related reports.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Monthly debtor statement generation as required and provide cash receipt forecast when required.
- Assist with management of credit card expenses and staff reimbursements.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as requested.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?**
- Minimal commercial experience in an administrative, customer service or logistics role..
- Experience working with international order administration and international customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of and experiences with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems - preferably Pronto.
- Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent attendance, punctual and solid work history.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor, detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Aptitude to learning new technologies/skills and working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to organise, multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
