Beautopia Hair & Beauty Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading Hair & Beauty distributors , offering a comprehensive range of imported and local hair and beauty brands and products at competitive prices. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service with 31 stores nationwide.

Beautopia seeks an experienced and commercially focused Accountant /Financial Controller to manage all the accounting and reporting functions of the business.

This includes financial accounting, management reporting,  and managing all statutory obligations

You would be working with a small team and handling creditor/debtor control , overseas costings, reporting and systems integration.

The business is fast growing and you will be required to be hands-on , flexible and adaptable.

At least 8 years accounting experience is preferred. Good communication skills are important with a confident and outgoing  approach and  an ability to multi-task.

Knowledge of systems is an advantage .

Attention to detail is essential

Business located in Lane Cove

and is in office.

We offer a casual work atmosphere and you will be working in a team of 4 in Lane Cove reporting to the CEO

Qualifications

  • Skills in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance and
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
