Join a State Government Department to assist customers in the booking of appointments for a crucial service

**Your new company**
This State Government department provide an essential service to Australians and are looking for multiple temporary customer service team members to join them in their modern CBD located office for a period of approximately 3 months.

**Your new role**
Will be providing an appointment booking service in a predominately outbound call centre. You will be processing upwards of 70 calls a day in this high-volume setting. Providing empathic customer service to vulnerable customers. This role will be offering 37.5 hours a week across standard business hours Monday to Friday.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role/appointment setting
- The ability to work with sensitive information and provide empathetic engagement with customers
- Strong Administrational Skills
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Previous experience working within State Government is highly desired
