A well-reputed company is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer to join their team

This company is a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that specialises in manufacturing innovative products for domestic customers They believe in working along with clients to give their homes a complete makeover as required.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the manager, some of your responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Face to face customer service for sales, quotes and order collections
- Answer incoming calls for customer orders, quotes, payments and enquires
- Active customer and project administration using their CRM system
- Track and monitor supplier deliveries
- Providing Admin support to manager, minute taking at meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Office suit
- Demonstrated the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously

**What you'll get in return**

A permanent full-time opportunity contract where you will be working standard business hours in their office located in Clarence Garden.
