Harrison McMillan are currently offering a number of customer service contract roles and are looking for experienced professionals who are committed to providing an exceptional experience to clients, including clients with disabilities.
**About the Person**
To be considered for the role, you will be customer-centric, energetic, and adaptable, while demonstrating a caring and compassionate nature assisting individuals with disabilities and their families.
You will bring enthusiasm to the role combined with a passion for customer service and building relationships. You will have strong IT literacy and a willingness to embrace new technologies as well as impeccable communication skills both written and verbal with prior experience working with KPI’s to be successful in this role.
You will also have previous experience in the following areas:
- Data entry
- General Administration
**Key Requirements**
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or general administration
- Good understanding of quality listening principles and telephone techniques.
- Demonstrated understanding of process improvement within a consultative and constructive framework.
- Sound understanding and experience of service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to share information and encourage others to learn.
- Sound IT literacy skills including the ability to effectively support customers in the use of online services.
- Current Working with Childrens Check and NDIS Workers Clearance an advantage, but not essential to apply
