As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across Brisbane for both Westpac and St.George Bank, you’ll live and breathe our purpose of helping Australians succeed. With a strategic lens you’ll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that’s customers with business lending requirements from $250k to $3M), not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

As an inspirational leader, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to coach and mentor our team of business bankers and take their performance to the next level, driving profitability and market share.

We’re looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching.
