**The Role**
You’ll be managing a portfolio of SME clients and ensuring to establish and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters.

You’ll be providing advice and placement across multiple products including SME Biz Packs (with some PI), Property, Liability, Commercial Motor, Fleet, Financial Lines and Retail products.

**What we’re looking for**
- Technical Skills_
- + 2 years’ experience in general insurance broking
- Tier 1 qualified
- Human Skills_
- Ability to demonstrate integrity
- Be a team player who enjoys maintaining relationships with clients, team members and underwriters
- Motivated to learn and continue your professional development
- Be a communication chameleon - as this client portfolio has such a variety of clients you’ll need the ability to adapt your communication style to suit your audience
