An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Manager to join the award-winning team at one of our centrally located offices, Place New Farm. Join a growing team that is all about providing world class customer service and communication to our Landlords and Tenants throughout the conduct of the role.
The role will manage all communication for a portfolio of local properties, with the support of administration tasks completed by our offshore partnership with Staff link and out of office work completed by our field agent.
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio.
- Troubleshoot matters, prepare for and attend QCAT where required.
- Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties with offshore support & the use of state of art technology onshore
- Participating in all training and development opportunities.
- Contributing to the review and implementation of business improvement opportunities alongside the team

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Property Manager;
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License;
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential;
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
