
Executive Assistant- Property

This position will see you utilise your administration, time management, and problem-solving skills on a daily basis to process compliance tasks, leasing administration, franchisee relationships and assisting with various administrative and account management duties.
Role Overview:
As Executive Assistant to the Head of Property, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success and ongoing growth of the business. This is a fast-paced, Monday to Friday role, working in a small and efficient team encompassing a wide range of tasks across two key areas; providing support to the Head of Property; and assisting with administration-focussed responsibilities of the Construction team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with property management administration and explore new business opportunities.
- Assist with lease administration updating key details in software management, providing annual compliance documentation insurance.
- Assist with mail merge of template documentation to be issued to Franchisees.
- Assist with construction contract administration ensuring contract documentation requirements are met throughout the construction experience.
- Assist construction project managers with construction activities as required.
- Prepare/review any licensee or form required prior to store openings.
- Travel arrangements including flights, cars and accommodation for property & construction team members
- Streamline processes and data storage to bolster the efficiency of future projects.
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management and the ability to handle any task. Previous experience in a support role within the recruitment, property or real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
- Confidence, maturity and a desire to build a career.
- A valid driver’s license.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities within a set deadline.
- Attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and strong numeracy skills.
