About Us

Search Property is one of Australia's fastest-growing buyer's agencies. We help everyday Australians build wealth through property, managing hundreds of transactions each year. With rapid growth comes the need for an in-house conveyancing function, giving our clients a smoother, end-to-end experience.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our in-house team and manage residential property transactions from start to finish. This role is all about delivering certainty, clarity, and peace of mind for our clients – ensuring their property purchases are settled with confidence every time.

You'll be the key link between our clients, buyer's agents, relationship managers, banks, and solicitors, guiding the process with expert advice and efficient service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end conveyancing files, with a focus on NSW, QLD, VIC, WA residential property purchases
  • Prepare, review, and advise on contracts for sale and purchase
  • Handle settlements, liaising with agents, banks, and solicitors to resolve issues quickly
  • Conduct due diligence, including property searches and title reviews
  • Advise on investment property transactions
  • Complete PEXA lodgements and manage compliance requirements
  • Keep clients informed with clear, plain-English advice every step of the way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Why This Role Matters

Conveyancing is at the heart of what we do. Every client we work with relies on us to make their property journey smooth, stress-free, and legally sound. In this role, you won't just process files. You'll give clients the confidence to settle knowing every detail has been handled properly.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Giving clients clarity by explaining contracts and processes in plain English
  • Ensuring accuracy and speed through modern, online systems
  • Supporting a wide range of transactions, from first homes to investment portfolios
  • Making the settlement process seamless so clients can focus on what matters most

About You

  • Licensed Conveyancer in NSW (or eligible to obtain)
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience running files independently
  • Strong knowledge of NSW conveyancing law and PEXA
  • Knowledge of conveyancing law and processes in VIC, QLD and / or WA ideal and preferred
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can simplify legal processes for clients
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to manage competing deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment

Why You'll Love It Here

We're one of Australia's fastest-growing companies, obsessed with helping clients build wealth through property – and we're only getting started. You'll join a business where your work has real impact, with the chance to grow alongside us as we scale nationally.

Our hybrid model (3 days in our Macquarie Park office, 2 days WFH) gives you the best of both worlds. The office itself has a modern campus vibe with childcare, gym, café, and end-of-trip facilities, plus easy access to trains, buses, and motorways.

This is your chance to build a meaningful career in property conveyancing, help real people change their lives, and be part of a team doing work that matters.
