The Fleet Administration Manager is responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective administration services to cover all the various fleets within GDT Australia and New Zealand i.e., Company owned vehicles, Operating & Finance vehicles, and novated leased vehicles.

**About the Role**

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Fleet management of all operational aspects of company owned/leased fleet (approximately 500 vehicles and Forklift trucks in warehouse throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Administration of corporate fuel cards, Fleet Cards and Fuel Card Supply Agreements.
- Processing of vehicle infringement notices with each state regulatory authority.
- Recommending solutions to improve the overall management of our Fleet.
- Perform the role in a way that promotes the health and safety of the Associate and the Associates’ team members.
- Perform the role in line with the Company Code of Conduct and Values
- Perform any task as reasonably directed by the Supply Chain Director Head of Property as required.

**About You**

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes;
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior administrator in the general corporate administration field is essential, ideally within a multi-national organisation customer-centric organisation preferably across retail/FMCG/wholesale networks.
- Previous experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience multi-tasking in managing several large projects in tandem including ability to analyze problems/issues to drive solutions with a business impact and leveraging tools available (i.e. data, resources, SME)
