**Purpose of role**
- The management of tasks relating to our “Chain of Responsibility” responsibilities
- Support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Action daily / monthly queries and reporting by set deadlines;
- Follow up of servicing and invoices
- Custom reports
- General office duties to assist Fleet Services department

**Knowledge, skills and qualities**
- Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills;
- Solid PC skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Attention to detail with excellent administration skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Proactive and self motivated with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
- A full appreciation of the end to end service process
