**About the Company**
ACRWORLD is proud to partner with a global leader and highly successful developer/operator of renewable energy assets in Australia, with large-scale Wind Farms recently going into construction some being the biggest wind farms in the Southern Hemisphere.

**The Role**
As the Fleet Manager, you will provide leadership and overall management of our fleet on 2 separate Wind Farms including its staff and contractors.

**The Fleet Manager** will manage the direct activities of the Wind Farm, responsible for the safety, security, performance, availability, generation, maintenance plan, costs (OPEX and CAPEX), quality, stakeholder management, and achieving synergies between the 2 assets.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in a relevant technical or engineering discipline
- 5+years’ experience as a Site Manager
- Generation asset experience (beneficial)
- Previous leadership skills and the capability to direct, motivate and manage a team of employees.
- Understanding of Australian regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for generators (beneficial)
- Experience preparing and managing annual operational expenditure budgets
- Experience in supervision of external service providers
- Sound understanding of the mechanical and electrical plant, equipment, communications, and control systems as related to energy generation assets
- Applied knowledge on reporting systems
