The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.**Telematics & Fleet Monitoring Administrator – Arndell Park, N.S.W or Melbourne, Victoria****The Role on Offer -**We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telematics & Fleet Monitoring Administrator to join our Arndell Park, N.S.W or Melbourne-based team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our telematics systems and fleet monitoring processes. You’ll be the go-to person for managing inquiries, coordinating vendor services, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational efficiency across our business units.**Key Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to -*** Manage team inbox and coordinate internal communications, escalating issues as needed.* Maintain telematics documentation, logs, and hardware inventory to support system integrity.* Generate, distribute, and support reporting tasks from telematics platforms and fleet systems.* Raise and manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders to resolve faults and coordinate field service.* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of requests.* Support compliance activities, including insurance, registration, fuel usage, and fleet standards.* Assist with scheduling, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across telematics operations.**What you’ll bring for success in this role -*** Strong organisational and communication skills.* Experience in administrative support roles, ideally in transport or logistics.* Familiarity with telematics systems and ERP platforms (Oracle, UNIBIS), with proficiency in Microsoft office suites.* Experience in vendor coordination and procurement processes.* Working knowledge of heavy vehicles and HVNL legislation.* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems analytically, with a collaborative, resilient, and detail-oriented mindset* Be part of a global logistics leader and work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.* Opportunities for career development and training, access to an outstanding range of employee benefits and employee wellbeing programs.* Make a real impact on operational efficiency and safety.* Flexible work arrangements and wellness initiatives.* With a global reach and a commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability, we’re proud to deliver logistics solutions that keep Australia and the world connected.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
