**The Role**

At their Chadstone location, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Concession store operations by building, leading, and driving a high performing team. Leading from the front by coaching and motivating team, recruiting, and retaining top talent, and ensuring operational excellence within store including stock control and KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve of sales targets and budgets
- Deliver premium Customer Experience through on brand teams, product knowledge & customer care
- VIP development
- Commercial awareness regarding customer profile & product lines, competitor activity
- Drive a strong performance culture through the coaching and development of retail team members
- Plan and conduct efficient stock-take as per company guidelines and procedures
- Work with VM team to maximise sales & drive incentives to ensure high performance
