**This Australian brand** is searching for a customer experience leader, a manager who can lead a concession team to represent their business and provide a shopping environment where excellence in customer service is delivered at all times. The concession manager will be responsible for all visual merchandise execution in line with the brand guidelines and direction. In driving the growth of this business the Concession Manager will be responsible for and measured against, but not limited to, the following:

- Sales and profitability
- Team Performance and Development
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service
- Loss Prevention and Security
- Administration
- Culture

What we are looking for is a leader who strives to achieve excellence in customer relations, someone who has experience maintaining relationships with VIP customers. You will be also be responsible for developing and upskilling your team - ensuring that you develop the right talent that complements the team strengths.

As a concession manager you are will ideally have had previous supervisory experience within the designer or luxury space. We are very interested to talk to people who are looking for a step up.

- Having previous experience in a concession
- Supervisory experience
- You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a thorough understanding of CRM.
